Hello BAMIT Family,

Registration is now open for our Annual Meeting. Join us—either in person or online—to install the new Board, discuss current issues affecting Black students at MIT and share updates on BAMIT’s work and future plans. During the meeting, members will vote on a bylaws amendment to remove write‑in candidates for Board elections. Click here for information regarding the amendment. Materials for the meeting will be available in bamit.org/2026.

Virtual attendees will receive a livestream link closer to the date.

For ALC Attendees: If you indicated in your ALC registration that you are attending the BAMIT Annual Meeting you do not need to register again. ALC attendees can also attend the BAMIT Family Gathering at 11:30 on Friday September 18 to meet with students and fellow alumni.

Please note that registering for the BAMIT Annual Meeting does not mean you are registered for the Alumni Leadership Conference. If you want to register for ALC, click here.

If you’d like to join us for the BAMIT Dinner on Saturday, September 19, please register separately. Dinner registration closes on Friday September 11. Please reserve your spot early; space is limited.
