BAMIT BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2026 CANDIDATES

* Incumbent

Dear BAMIT Family,

The BAMIT Board of Directors Election is now open.

To vote, you must be a Lifetime or a Regular, MIT10, or Recent Grad Member. If you are not yet active, you can still join or renew and then vote.

If you need to renew or join, please visit bamit.org/join. New or renewed members will be able to vote after 9AM the following day.

Voting closes on Monday June 15.

This year, we have 18 candidates running for 16 Board positions, reflecting the strong commitment within our community to serve and support BAMIT’s mission. Note: 8 candidates are current Board Members.

You can reference the BAMIT Board Candidates Profiles pdf, which contains the same information as the Ballot, so you can refer to either one for candidate details.

Your participation strengthens BAMIT’s ability to support Black students at MIT, build community among alumni, and continue the programs that matter to all of us. Thank you in advance for taking the time to vote and for your ongoing commitment to BAMIT.

Warm regards,

Rosita C. Parker ’75, SM ’76

Election Chair, BAMIT Nominations Committee
